Expatriate Mental Health: Study on mental health and adjustment abroad

As part of my master's thesis at university Salzburg, I am investigating the interplay between organizational support, psychological well-being, and the subsequent adaptation and performance of specialists and managers on international assignments.

For the purposes of this study, expatriates are defined as all professionals and managers who have temporarily moved abroad by their current or previous employer for a predefined period (generally at least several months) to perform a professional task or take over a position.

Please DO NOT participate if: you emigrated for purely personal reasons (e.g., traditional migration), you live abroad permanently without a time limit, or you are not an expatriate.

Duration: Completing the questionnaire takes approximately 8–10 minutes.

Anonymity & Data Protection: All information provided will be treated with absolute confidentiality and completely anonymized. It will not be possible to draw any conclusions about you or your company. The data will be used exclusively for academic research purposes.
